Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

PMO Craft ("the Service") is operated by Strategy Advisor Consultoria e Treinamento Gerencial Ltda., a limited liability company registered in Brazil (CNPJ 13.337.278/0001-09) with its registered office at SHN Quadra 1 Bloco A Conjunto A, Sala 1414, Asa Norte, Brasília, DF, 70701-000, Brazil, trading as PMO Craft ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

PMO Craft is a cloud-based project portfolio management platform that enables organizations to create and manage projects, track tasks, allocate team resources, log time, and generate reports. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with free and paid tiers.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly per organization, at the price shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase.

Refund policy. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for every purchase, so refunds are handled by Paddle under the Paddle Refund Policy. You can request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date, using the link in your Paddle receipt or at paddle.net. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

5. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. You may export or delete Your Data at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use the Service to store or transmit content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by PMO Craft and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding. Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PMO Craft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms or for any other reason with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, you may request an export of Your Data within 30 days. After that period, we may delete Your Data from our systems.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
